Am I really getting paid? Not really

So for some reason today, the boss's former future Mrs-Ex but no I changed my mind $70,000 later current wife has dropped off the kids here at work. But don't worry, they're inconspicuous and won't get in the way. Oh wait, kids from rich parents, that's right, they're spoiled and demanding.

So far I've had to take time out of my day working to show his son (who's working on his computer which means he is getting no work done) how to put pictures into a word file so that he can print out pictures of Snoop Dogg, Ursher, G-Unit, etc. Oh wait, I am going to have to print them out for the kid.

Let's see, my boss has no babysitter today, yet decides to bring his kids into work and do no work, instead of taking the day off and being with his kids and doing no work. Difference is, if he's not here, the rest of us will do work, instead of catering to the needs of his kids.
