Caller: Hello Benjamin?
Me: Yes?
Caller: It's Sandra from (aparment complex).
Me: Hello
Caller: You forgot to pay your rent this month.
Me: I thought when the 1st falls on a Sunday, we're allowed to pay on Monday?
Caller: You are, before 5:30.
Glances at watch which stares back "2:05"
Me: Ok, we'll I'll have it in before then.
Caller: Ok, thank you.
If I thought this was a courtesy call, I'd be ok with it. But it basically came off as "Where's our damn money?!?!?" This place isn't worth the price. Oh well.

Bitches... in my old complex they didnt care if you paid late or not cause they slapped you with a pretty heavy late fee... No curtsey calls from them cause the management/owners collected money, the leasing office just leased and fixed things.
